Police must face up to the past over Hillsborough, says May

Home Secretary Theresa May has told delegates at the Police Federation conference that they need to "face up to the past", following the Hillsborough verdicts.

Ninety-six fans died in the April 1989 tragedy. In April, the inquests found the victims were unlawfully killed.
