Lord Kerslake - Budget cuts an 'uphill task'

The former head of the civil service, Lord Kerslake, has said that the government faces an "uphill task" to persuade people that further cuts to public spending are needed.

Speaking ahead of Wednesday's budget he said that more savings had to be made but there were no easy ones left.

Laura Kuenssberg reports.
