Yorkshire mums reach Antigua to set rowing world record

Four mothers from Yorkshire have set a new Guinness World Record as the oldest all-female crew to row across an ocean.

Niki Doeg, 45, Helen Butters, 45, Frances Davies, 47, and Janette Benaddi, 51, left La Gomera in the Canary Islands on 20 December.

They completed the 3,000-mile journey, to reach Antigua on their 68th day at sea.
