Train drivers: 1 in 10 train cancellations due to 'staff shortages'

One in ten trains is late or cancelled because there are not enough staff to run the service, according to figures obtained by the BBC.

The regulator says nearly 200,000 services were affected from April 2013 to December last year. Unions blame train operators for not recruiting enough drivers.
