Centuries old vellum tradition comes to end

For 1,000 years the most significant documents of state - including the Magna Carta and thousands of Acts of Parliament - have been recorded on vellum, or calf-skin.

But the ancient tradition is coming to an end. A decision which some members of parliament say is unwise.
