Cameron: Litvinenko murder 'was state-sponsored' by Russia

David Cameron has said that Russia's actions in relation to the murder of Alexander Litvinenko in 2006 were "absolutely appalling".

The prime minister said a public inquiry showed the murder was "state-sponsored".
