Tony Hall: Savile abuse 'a dark chapter for the BBC'

A report into cases of sexual abuse by Jimmy Savile linked to the BBC is set to criticise the corporation's culture, according to a leaked draft.

Reacting to reports of the leak, BBC Director General Tony Hall said that his thoughts were with the victims, and described Savile's abuse as "a dark chapter for the BBC".
