Christine Lagarde: Housing is key issue for security of UK economy

The UK's recent growth, employment progress and deficit reduction have been "strong", the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has said.

Underlying economic vulnerabilities, including the supply and demand for housing, have been addressed and steady growth looks set to continue, it said.

The IMF's Christine Lagarde said there were still some risks.
