7/7 bombings: 'Changing carriages saved my life'

Among the stories that emerged after the July 7 bombings were those of people who survived because of split-second decisions they made.

For example, giving someone else a seat or deciding to move to a different carriage at the last moment.

One of those people was Shanie Ryan who was on the train between King's Cross and Russell Square.

She shared her story with BBC News.
