Haringey Borough Commander on being black in the Met

Victor Olisa is one of just five Borough Commanders in the Met from a black or ethnic minority background.

He became Haringey Borough Commander after the 2011 shooting of Mark Duggan in Tottenham.

When the verdict to an inquiry into whether the killing was lawful comes through, Olisa has to manage the situation outside Tottenham police station.

Viewers in the UK can see The Met: Policing in London on BBC One on Monday 8 June at 21:00 BST.
