Tunisia election: Sense of achievement for voters

Votes are being counted in Tunisia after the second and final round of an historic presidential election.

It comes almost exactly four years after the uprising that overthrew President Ben Ali - the start of the Arab Spring.

Beji Caid Essebsi has declared victory, but his rival, President Moncef Marzouki, says the result is too close to call.
