The papers: Thursday's front pages

Political commentator Lance Price and historian Tim Stanley, who writes for the Telegraph, joined the BBC News Channel to review Thursday's papers.

They looked at the Metro's lead story about the Home Office decision to deny a visa to "pick-up artist" Julien Blanc, who had been due to host a London "bootcamp" advising men how to attract women.

The pair also examined the Financial Times's lead story about uncertainty faced by pub companies in the wake of a Commons vote in favour of scrapping the obligation on landlords to buy beer and other drinks from the firms they rent from.
