Parkour: First freerunning academies open in UK

It was started by a group of friends in France who wanted to prove their mental and physical strength.

A decade after Parkour, or freerunning as it is also known, arrived in the UK, it is estimated that some 35,000 people do it on a regular basis.

Already taught in some schools, now the country's first specialised academies have opened their doors, to encourage people to learn how to do it in a safe environment.

BBC Breakfast's Mike Bushell joined a group in East London.
