GP surgeries set to miss patient online access target

Figures obtained by BBC Breakfast suggests the government will fail to reach its target to give patients in England access to their online medical records by April next year.

So far, only 3% of GP surgeries have opened their files, with many citing security concerns.

Graham Satchell reports.
