Video shows IS hostage Henning shortly before capture

British Muslim leaders have called for the immediate release of Alan Henning, the British hostage threatened with death by Islamic State extremists in Syria.

There has also been an appeal for his freedom from those who travelled there with him.

In previously unseen footage, Mr Henning described why he wanted to deliver aid to Syria.

Lucy Manning reports.
