PM on tackling IS: 'We shouldn't rule anything out'

British PM David Cameron has told the BBC he will not rule anything out with regards to military action against Islamic State, which is holding a Briton hostage.

He was speaking ahead of a Nato summit in Wales which will be attended by US President Barack Obama.

The US is using air strikes against IS but Britain has not yet done so.
