Trainspotting hobby 80 years older than thought

A new record of trainspotting has been discovered from 1861, 80 years earlier than the hobby was first thought to have begun.

The National Railway Museum found a reference to a 14 year old girl writing down the numbers of engines heading in and out of Paddington Station.

Colin Paterson reports.
