Dixons Carphone unveils new stores

The first PC World and Currys stores to feature Carphone Warehouse outlets have opened after the completion of a £3.8bn merger.

Dixons Carphone unveiled seven stores with Carphone Warehouse concessions, allowing customers to buy products ranging from a toaster to the latest smartphone under one roof.

The seven stores are existing PC World and Currys outlets in London's Oxford Street, Preston, Derby, Watford, Banbury, Aylesbury and Leamington Spa.

Emma Simpson spoke to the company's CEO Sebastian James.
