Devon tungsten mine work begins

Work has started to excavate Britain's first new metal mine for more than 40 years.

The Hemerdon mine will exploit the world's fourth-largest deposit of tungsten.

Geologist Richard Scrivener told the BBC's Simon Clemison about how it is mined.
