Archbishop of Canterbury defends faith schools

The Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, has defended the Church of England's role in educating children, insisting Anglican schools are consistently popular.

Speaking to the BBC, the archbishop also expressed support for the prime minister's view that Britain's underlying values were based on Christianity.
