The papers: Monday's front pages

Jason Beattie, political editor of the Daily Mirror, and Daily Telegraph columnist Tim Stanley reviewed Monday's newspapers for the BBC News Channel.

They began by looking at the Guardian's front page story on revised figures from the Office for National Statistics that show more people than previously thought are employed on zero-hours contracts.

The way the papers covered Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg's speech at the Lib Dem spring conference and the latest developments in the search for the missing Malaysian Airlines plane was also examined.

The stories about the warmer spell of weather across many parts of the country - and the photographs of people in the sunshine on Sunday that grace several front pages - were also discussed.
