Cyclist making 'inspiring' progress after bike crash

The father of a teenage boy who suffered a brain injury in a bike accident says his determination to recover is "hugely inspiring".

Ryan Smith was not wearing a helmet when he collided with a van in Lincolnshire in July, prompting his family to start a campaign to make them compulsory for all cyclists.
