Cuts to mental health services in England 'unacceptable'

The Royal College of Psychiatrists is warning that mental health services in England are near breaking point, as figures obtained by the BBC suggest that budgets have been cut over the past two years.

The Care Minister, Norman Lamb, has described the cuts as completely unacceptable.
