Victim of abuse: 'You'll never get those years back'

"Shocking" sexual violence is being carried out by children against other children as young as 11, according to a report by the Office of the Children's Commissioner.

The BBC's Michael Buchanan spoke to a girl, now aged 19, who explained how she ended up being abused.
