'Go home' van scheme scrapped

A planned roll-out of billboard vans urging immigrants to "go home" has been scrapped.

The scheme was piloted in London boroughs during the summer but was widely criticised.

Home secretary Theresa May admitted the vans were too much of a "blunt instrument", while Labour branded the idea a "divisive gimmick".

Matt Prodger reports.
