Smoking ban in prisons 'significant challenge'

Prisoners in England and Wales could be banned from smoking anywhere in jail by 2015.

The Prison Service wants to avoid paying out compensation to people who claim to have inhaled second-hand smoke.

Mark Day, who is head of policy at the Prison Reform Trust, told the BBC that the plans present a "significant challenge".
