Right-to-die: Director of Public Prosecutions must clarify law

A paralysed man known as 'Martin' who wants a nurse or carer to travel with him to an assisted suicide centre abroad says he is a step closer to his ambition.

The appeal court has ruled that the Director of Public Prosecutions needs to clarify the law so that those who travel with Martin will know whether or not they would be prosecuted.
