Disabled families lose benefits court challenge

The High Court has dismissed claims that the government's cuts to housing benefit discriminates against disabled people.

Ten families had brought a judicial review arguing that the so called "bedroom tax" breached their human rights because they need the extra space for health reasons.

Campaigners believed that disabled people should be exempt from the cuts.

James Landale reports.
