Britain rises in 'friendliness' table

Britain has a reputation for being slightly reserved when it comes to welcoming people, but research done after the London Olympics suggests it has improved.

Visit Britain surveyed 20,000 people in 13 countries and placed Britain 9th in a league table of friendliness.

David Sillito reports.
