Russell Joslin death: BBC bosses 'could have done more'

The family of a BBC journalist who is believed to have killed himself earlier this week has said the corporation has questions to answer about how it handled his claims of harassment by a female colleague.

Russell Joslin, 50, a reporter for BBC Coventry and Warwickshire, died in hospital on Monday.

The BBC said it would ensure the family's concerns were addressed.

David Sillito reports.
