Alex Zanardi: 'I'm on top of the world'

Former F1 driver Alex Zanardi has said he is "on top of the world" after winning three medals, including two golds, at the 2012 Paralympic Games.

Zanardi had both of his legs amputated following a near-fatal Champ Car accident at Germany's Lausitzring in 2001, but was determined to continue his push for sporting success.

He spoke to the BBC's Adam Parsons about the long road to glory in London.
