Bailiff firms 'use shock tactics' to gain entry to homes

Charities say they are becoming more concerned about what they describe as, the shocking tactics being used by some private bailiff firms to gain entry into homes.

The National Debtline and Citizens Advice have both seen a rise in complaints about bailiffs using intimidation and even breaking the law to get people to hand over money.

The BBC's Keith Doyle reports.
