Smartphone app identifies potholes and notifies council

A new piece of technology called Street Bump could use a mobile phone to identify potholes, and sends the information directly to local councils.

Developed in America, it is going to be piloted in Bristol.

The BBC's John Maguire talks to Terry Bullock from Bristol City Council and Mark Noble from Kwik Fit.
