'Festival village' Trowell marks 60th anniversary
A village in Nottinghamshire is about to celebrate a unique anniversary.
Next week marks 60 years since Trowell was chosen to represent the best of British village life during the Festival of Britain in 1951.
The 'festival village', as it was known, was not picked for its picture-postcard looks but for its strong community and spirit of self-help.
Tom Bateman has been finding out how things have changed.
