NI policeman's mother appeals for information

The mother of a murdered Northern Ireland policeman has urged people to give information, and said Catholics should not be put off joining the police.

Constable Ronan Kerr, 25, died after a device exploded under his car outside his home in Omagh, County Tyrone.

Nuala Kerr said: "Someone knows something. Please come forward and do the right thing".

The BBC's Mark Simpson reports.
