Control orders a 'waste of money'

New measures to replace controversial control orders have been unveiled by Home Secretary Theresa May, after a review of counter-terrorism powers.

The BBC spoke to Cerrie Bullivant who was placed on a control order that was later quashed.

He believes they were a waste of money and counter-productive.
