Paternity leave plans feared by small businesses

Plans to allow fathers to use any maternity leave eft over when their partner returns to work have been confirmed by the Government.

The proposal, first made by Labour, could mean that a man could take a maximum of six months to look after a new born child.

But small businesses fear the impact could be disastrous as Ed Thomas reports.
