A report into a Plymouth nursery where a worker sexually abused young children has found that a lack of formal staff supervision was partly to blame.
The serious case review into abuse at Little Ted's nursery analysed what went wrong and what lessons could be learnt.
A media briefing is being held to give further details of the report's finding. Jim Gould, independent chair of the Plymouth Safeguarding Children Board, is leading the briefing.
