Lord Snowdon on photographing the Queen

She is often said to be one of the most photographed people on the planet, and now there's a new exhibition of formal photographs of the Queen, from her early childhood to the present.

Many of the photographs have been taken by her late sister's husband, Lord Snowdon, who has had a long and varied career as a professional photographer.

The BBC's royal correspondent Nicholas Witchell has been to meet him and to see some of the pictures in the exhibition.
