Defence chiefs and ministers to debate strategic review

Defence chiefs and government ministers are meeting to discuss the future shape and size of Britain's Armed Forces.

The National Security Council talks are of key importance as officials must decide where the axe will fall when cuts are announced in next month's defence and security review.
