Call to 'turn the tide' on anti-social behaviour

The Chief Inspector of Constabulary Sir Denis O'Connor has said that cutting efforts to fight anti-social behaviour would be a mistake.

The chief inspector's warning comes after a wide-ranging review of how well forces tackle anti-social behaviour.

Sir Denis said that despite forces facing spending cuts it was time to "turn the tide" on anti-social behaviour.
