Son of Yorkshire Ripper victim's relief at ruling

Richard McCann, the son the Yorkshire Ripper's first victim Wilma, has expressed relief after learning that the murderer will spend the rest of his years in custody.

A High Court judge ruled that Yorkshire Ripper Peter Sutcliffe will never be released from prison.

An application had been made by the 63-year-old to have a minimum term set to give him the chance of parole.
