Silicon Brits: The start-up spotter

Andy McLoughlin made his name by co-founding Huddle, a tool for managing and editing documents and other files.

Now he's a man in charge of a lot of money. As a partner at venture capital fund SoftTech VC, his job is to spot new start-ups that have big potential and are worth investing in.

SoftTech VC has backed many successful ideas, most notably fitness tracker firm FitBit.

Andy spoke to the BBC's North America technology reporter, Dave Lee.
