Europe's biggest computer security event opens in London today, and among the big themes at Infosecurity Europe is the "internet of things".

This involves just about everything in your house being connected to the internet in different ways - and that means a big security headache.

What, for instance, if your kettle could give away your wi-fi password to hackers?

The BBC's technology correspondent Rory Cellan-Jones spoke to security expert Ken Munro from Pen Test Partners about the threat to your connected home.
