Is new mobile tracking app about care or control?

A mobile app to be launched in UK will allow parents to monitor remotely all the online activity of their children.

BBC News has been shown a prototype which lets users see all social media, messaging and website traffic on a child's tablet, smart phone or laptop.

Angus Crawford reports on the the implications for parents and children - and also the ways in which tracking software can be a tool of control.
