Internet piracy measures 'watered down'

A deal between entertainment industry bodies and UK internet service providers to help combat piracy has been "watered down", according to a internet specialist lawyer.

Steve Kuncewicz told BBC Breakfast that after four years of negotiations, the content rights holders had received a weaker package of measures than they originally requested.
