Estonia's hi-tech haven: From Skype to scooters

Estonian capital Tallinn has some heavyweight tech credentials. Skype video calling was invented there a decade ago and all children are taught computer programming at school.

Now it is a hi-tech haven for hundreds of start-up firms, from Garage48, an event aimed at turning an idea into a working service or prototype within a weekend, to Stigo, the inventor of lightweight, electric scooters.
