Rare look inside Chinese tech plant operated by Huawei

Chinese telecoms company Huawei bills itself as the future face of Chinese industry: a hi-tech superpower employing tens of thousands of engineers rather than just poorly paid factory workers.

Chief Engineer Gabor Schreck gave the BBC's Rory Cellan-Jones a tour of its manufacturing facility in Songshan Lake, Shenzhen, where 10,000 people produce electronic equipment.
