Total eclipse: Indonesia witnesses totality as Sun is blocked by the Moon

More than 40 million people in Indonesia have been treated to a total solar eclipse.

The Moon began to creep across the face of the Sun not long after dawn although for some spectators heavy cloud meant their view was not all it might have been.
