Former Greenpeace head questions GM food stance

The former head of Greenpeace UK has told the BBC that he now believes it is "morally unacceptable" to oppose genetically modified crops.

He was speaking to Panorama - as scientists claim new genetically-modified crops could help the environment and improve food.

However, Greenpeace insists we cannot be sure that GM foods are safe.
